Accessibility

1. General

I aim to make my services and website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. My trainings and sessions are designed to provide a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
 

2. Website Accessibility

  • The website is designed for readability, clear structure, and simple navigation.

  • Content is available in Dutch and English.

  • I use WCAG 2.2 AA as a guideline where possible.

  • If you encounter any accessibility issues, please email wendel@zwaal.com so I can improve.
     

3. Accessibility of Trainings and Sessions

  • Online trainings: provided via accessible platforms (such as Zoom or similar), with captions or transcripts available on request.

  • Venues: I aim to choose locations that are accessible and easy to reach.

    If you have specific accessibility needs, for example wheelchair access, hearing support or allergies, please inform me in advance so I can accommodate where possible.

  • Materials: handouts and presentations can be provided digitally on request.

  • Alternatives: if a form or component does not work for you, you can always register or request information by email.
     

4. Supported Environments

  • Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge

  • Desktop, tablet and mobile

  • Keyboard navigation and screen reader support are being improved step by step

6. Complaints and Feedback

If we cannot resolve an issue together, please follow the complaints procedure on the website. I use all reports to improve accessibility.
