Sliding Scale
I work with a sliding scale. This means you choose the amount within the given range that feels right for your financial situation.
This way, I can keep my work accessible to people with different income levels while sustaining my practice.
How to choose an amount
-
Choose the lower end if your income is limited or you are experiencing financial strain.
For example, if you have a low or irregular income, are a student, temporarily earn less or have other financial responsibilities.
-
Choose the middle range if you have an average income and paying this fee feels doable for you.
-
Choose the higher end if you have a comfortable income and the ability to contribute more.
By doing so, you help make sessions affordable for those with less financial flexibility.
It is entirely up to you to decide what feels fair and sustainable. You do not need to explain your choice. It is about your situation and what feels right.
Note: when a company or organisation is paying, I will always charge the highest amount within the sliding scale.
Example fees
-
Private empathy sessions: €80 - €160 per session
-
Mediation: €240 - €480 per session (3 hours)
If you are unsure what amount to choose, we can discuss it together and find what feels right for you.
