Learning objectives

Understand the basic principles and foundations of Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

Learn practical tools and techniques for everyday communication

Build confidence in applying NVC in real-life situations
 

Target group

Beginners with little or no prior experience in NVC who wish to build a solid foundation
 

Level

Beginner – no prior NVC training required
 

Duration & workload

12 weeks, weekly online session of 2.5 hours + 1–2 hours of self-study per week

€350–€700, sliding scale depending on income and free will
